Terms & Conditions

All communications regarding the Tours/Travel Services and bookings need to be addressed to Trippy Holidays.


As a point of indicating the confirmation of booking with Trippy Holidays, a contract will exist between us. The contract will exist once you confirm your tour/travel services and also after receiving your deposit amount.


To make the services contracted, you need to pay the minimum deposit of 25% of the amount from the total cost to the Trippy Holidays. The deposit amount is needed to keep your booking on the confirmed basis list.

Balance Payment

You need to pay the balance amount before 15 days of your service date. Any booking which is made within the 15 working days of the service date, we will consider your booking as a late booking. On that note, you need to pay the full payment to us at the time of booking itself.


Other than the above-mentioned point, you need to know one more thing that if you book any special train journeys, hotel or resort booking at the peak season, you need to pay the full amount at the time of booking itself. The terms & conditions for the group booking is separate, which will vary for each case.

Mode of Payment

Domestic clients can make use of any of the following methods to pay their payment:

  • By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express/Visa/Master Card/Discover/Diners Club)
  • By Online Debit Card Payment (by Mater/Visa/Maestro)
  • By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express/Visa/Master Card/Discover/Diners Club)
  • By Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft
  • By Bank Transfer (RTGS&NEFT)
  • In case, if you made your payment via credit/debit card, 3% bank charges will also be collected with the total amount.
  • All the payments need to be clear
  • It is the payer responsibility to take care of any bank charges during the payment transaction


Payments Procedure

All the payments need to take place in the name of Trippy Holidays

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of tour/travel service cancellation with respect to the avoidable/unavoidable situations, you need to inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be collected with respect to the date we receive your letter. The cancellation charges will be collected on these following basis:

  • 60 days prior to arrival –10% cancellation charge
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to tour/service arrival – 20% cancellation charge
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to tour/service arrival – 25% cancellation charge
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to tour/service arrival – 50% cancellation charge
  • 07 days & less, prior to tour/service arrival – No Refund of money

Please Note

  • Keep aside the above-explained cancellation slabs – if in case, if you cancel the tour/travel services after the booking confirmation you need to pay minimum 10% service charge to us.
  • If you cancel the trip after commitment, you will receive only limited amount as a refund with respect to the amount that we recover from the hoteliers. We don’t take any responsibility for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and more.
  • If you cancel your special train journey (such as Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Palace on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express), we have a separate cancellation policy for this.

Please note, you won’t receive any refund for cancelling any of these following bookings

  • High Peak Season bookings (from 20th December to 15th January)
  • Festival Period Bookings (like Dussehra, Diwali, Holi, Pushkar fair and more)
  • Long Weekends Bookings


The process of refund for the unused/unutilized services will take place on the basis of cancellation policy which have been described above and the payer will receive the refund. The completion of refund process may take place within 2-4 weeks due to the bank procedure. If the refund process takes place via the credit card or bank account, the bank charges will be debited only from the refund amount.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-in Timing: 1200-1500 Hours

Early arrivals are acceptable. For early check-in, reservation needs to be made from the previous night.

Check-Out Timings: 1000-1200 Hours

Late check-outs are acceptable for reason and are subjected to availability/payment.  

Extra Usage of Vehicle

Please note, we will not include the cost of the extra usage of the vehicle in service. Therefore, we will not allow the extra usage of the vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

Please note, if in case if the Govt. of India raised the charge of the entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges after the finalization of tour/service cost, the raised amount will be added. Trippy Holidays rates are based on the current rate which was followed by hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines have the full right to change the rates without any notice. If in case such changes happened, the rate which we have quoted at the time of booking will be changed.

The modification will take place with respect to the modifications done by hotels or airlines. Trippy Holidays and its associates are like an agent for the hotels, transporters, airlines, railways and contractors for providing the needed services. The receipts, orders, tickets and contracts which we issued are subject to terms and conditions. The coupons, tickets or passage contract will create the sole contract between the clients and contractors. Trippy Holidays – The itinerary which we have designed are just sample, our itinerary is to give you some general idea of the trip schedule. Factors like weather, road conditions, passenger’s physical ability etc. may lead to makes some change in the itinerary either before the trip or during the tour. Trippy Holidays has the right to make the changes like transportation and accommodation without any prior notice. Trippy Holidays is not responsible for any delay or change in the program or expenses incurred or special/consequential loss, injury and damage during the trip. We will not take any responsibility for natural hazards, flight cancellations, sickness, accident, medical or custom department regulations, breakdown of transport, weather, breakdown of machinery or equipment, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, pilferage, civil disturbances, epidemics, theft, riots, or any other uncontrolled situation or any unexpected incidents or any unexpected expenses sustained by the clients.

The clients are responsible for the liability or extra expenses sustained by him/her. Trippy Holidays will not take any responsibility for the following reason such as damage, injuries, show any liability for the clients, negligence or default and more. If in case if the client uses the sports equipment, sailing boats, bicycles, hired or supplied by hotels have to do these things at their own risk, we won’t take any responsibilities.

Trippy Holidays does not have any insurance policy to cover the expenses of accidents, sickness, theft or any other reasons. The visitors are advised to obtain the insurance arrangements in their home country. The passengers have to take care of their baggage and personal property/s during the trip. Trippy Holidays has all the right to cancel any services if we consider that the tour, trip or passage is impossible to continue for any reason. The clients can’t able to take action the company.

Trippy Holidays reserves the right to regret its contract with any person. We are not answerable to anyone or don’t need to explain why we are doing so. The debate which arises with respect to the agreement, an Arbitrator who will be appointed by Trippy Holidays will handle this. All these disputes are subjected only to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts. The laws of India will control the interpretation, validity, performance, construction and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
